Having a strong foundation in mindfulness is key to progress on the path of wellbeing.

Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention to the present moment without judgment. But mindfulness is much more than what can be defined in words. Being mindful means being present, centered, aware, and can help feeling grounded, alert, and at ease. Especially with consistent practice over time.

Some mindful practices include:

Meditation, body awareness, body scans, using the senses to connect to oneself and to the environment.
